Refund and Return Policy

Self storage is a service and cannot be returned. Your signed storage agreement governs cancellation, notice, and move-out.

Rent is paid monthly in advance. The minimum storage period is one month, and 30 days’ written notice is required before move-out. We do not promise a prorated refund of unused rent unless we agree in writing.

If we confirm a duplicate payment, billing error, overpayment, or other amount due back to you, we will refund it to the original payment method where possible. We will confirm the expected timing when the refund is issued.

Unopened physical goods, including locks, may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund, unless Bahrain law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. If this policy conflicts with your signed storage agreement, that agreement governs your rental, subject to applicable law.
