Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Wadaya Self Storage website, waitlist, rent flow, and customer portal (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
About these terms
The Site is operated by WADAYA SELF STORAGE W.L.L, CR No. 197353 - 1 (“Wadaya Self Storage”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a self storage business in the Kingdom of Bahrain. These terms are a binding agreement between you and us about your use of the Site. Additional terms shown at the point of use (for example during booking) also apply.
Your storage agreement comes first
Renting a storage unit is governed by the Self Storage Agreement you sign, not by these terms. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for everything related to the rental.
Site information, prices, and availability
The Site is provided for general information and for accessing our services. Unit availability, dimensions, illustrations, and prices shown on the Site are indicative and may change at any time without notice; the price and terms that bind us for a rental are those stated in the agreement you sign. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Accounts and phone verification
Parts of the Site require verification with a one-time code sent to your phone number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping control of your phone number and devices, and for all activity carried out through your verified session. Tell us promptly if you believe your number or session has been misused. We may refuse, suspend, or withdraw access where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or a security risk.
Acceptable use
You must use the Site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- attempt unauthorised access to any system, account, or data;
- use robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or copy the Site;
- misrepresent your identity or provide misleading information;
- submit unlawful, false, or infringing content.
Our content
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, and software — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other reproduction or use requires our prior written consent.
Communications
When you use our services we may send you service communications (for example verification codes and contract, billing, and account messages) by email, SMS, or similar channels. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and always include a way to opt out.
Payments and third-party services
Card payments are processed by licensed payment providers on their own secure pages and systems; we do not store your full card details. The Site may reference or link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their handling of your data.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the Site, including its availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Your responsibility
You agree to compensate us for losses, claims, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute. These terms are published in English and Arabic; in the event of divergence, the English text prevails to the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
