Website Terms of Use

The Site is operated by WADAYA SELF STORAGE W.L.L, CR No. 197353 - 1 (“Wadaya Self Storage”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a self storage business in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

These terms are a binding agreement between you and us. Please read them before you use the Site. Additional terms shown at the point of use also apply, and where they conflict with these terms the additional terms prevail for the matter they cover.

These terms cover your use of our website and our online services, any account or session you use to access them, and any dealings you have with us through them, including enquiries, quotes, reservations, and payments.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms. By using the Site you agree to both.

The Site is intended for adults who have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By using the Site you confirm that you meet that description, that the information you give us is true and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.

The Site is intended for use in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We make no representation that the Site or our services are appropriate or available elsewhere, and you are responsible for complying with local law if you access the Site from another jurisdiction.

Renting a storage unit is governed by the storage agreement you sign, not by these terms. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for everything relating to the rental, including the rent, the term, access, and our respective obligations.

Everything published on the Site is provided for general guidance only. It does not constitute a contract, and nothing on the Site is an offer to contract or a commitment to make any unit, size, service, or price available. All of it may change at any time without notice.

This includes unit availability and dimensions, illustrations and photographs, guides and comparisons, and any price, promotion, or estimate. Sizes and images are approximate and for illustration. The price and terms that bind us are those stated in the agreement you sign.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time, without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not obliged to keep any part of the Site up to date.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layouts, designs, and software, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Certain names, words, logos, and designs appearing on the Site are our trade names or trademarks, whether registered or not.

You may view the Site, and download or print extracts from it, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other notice. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may link to the Site and refer to us by name. You must not do so in a way that suggests any association, approval, sponsorship, or endorsement on our part where none exists, that is otherwise likely to cause confusion, or that damages or takes unfair advantage of our reputation.

Without our prior written consent you must not:

• republish, reproduce, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its content;
• present the Site or any of its content as your own;
• frame the Site or present it as forming part of another website;
• alter or add to any material on the Site;
• use our name, trade names, logos, or trademarks as part of your own business name, domain name, product name, or branding, or in any way that implies we supply or endorse what you offer.

You must use the Site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping any credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out through any session or account associated with you. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or session has been misused.

You must not:

• interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Site;
• attempt unauthorised access to any system, account, or data, or test or probe for vulnerabilities;
• use automated means to access, copy, monitor, or extract data from the Site;
• misrepresent your identity or your association with any person, or provide false or misleading information;
• introduce any virus or other harmful code, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our systems;
• collect or store information about other users of the Site;
• use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, reviews, questions, images, or other material, you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, copy, adapt, publish, and share it for any business purpose, including marketing, without payment, attribution, or further permission.

You confirm that any material you send is your own or that you are entitled to send it, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe the rights of anyone else. We are not obliged to treat it as confidential, to use it, or to return it, and we may remove or decline to publish any material at our discretion.

We may investigate any suspected breach of the security of the Site or of these terms, cooperate with the authorities in any such investigation, and take any action available to us in response, including suspending or terminating access and pursuing a claim.

We may refuse, suspend, or withdraw access to the Site or any part of it at any time, without notice and without liability, including where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or a security risk, or where you have breached these terms. Any suspension or withdrawal does not affect any obligation you already owe us.

The Site may reference or link to websites and services we do not control. Links are provided for information only and are not an endorsement. We are not responsible for those websites or services, their content, their availability, or their handling of your data, and we accept no liability in connection with them. Your dealings with any third party are between you and them.

Card payments are processed by licensed payment providers on their own systems and are subject to their terms. We may decline or cancel any transaction, and we may correct any error in a price or charge, including after a payment has been submitted. Amounts shown on the Site are in Bahraini Dinar unless stated otherwise.

We may communicate with you electronically, including by email, SMS, and messages shown in our online services, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. Service messages relating to your enquiry, account, agreement, or payments are part of the service and are not marketing.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, express or implied, including as to satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, freedom from viruses, and non-infringement of the rights of others.

We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site will be free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of any kind, however caused, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, and any errors or omissions in the information, materials, or functions on the Site.

This limitation applies whatever the basis of the claim, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise, and applies to us, our group companies, and our officers, employees, agents, and suppliers.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

You agree to compensate us for losses, claims, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or any material you send us, to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force and that provision applies to the greatest extent allowed by law.

If we delay or do not enforce any right under these terms, that is not a waiver of it, and it does not prevent us from enforcing it later.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another party, including as part of a transfer of our business or assets. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.

These terms, together with any additional terms and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce them.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with its date, and the version in force when you use the Site is the version that applies to that use. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

These terms are published in English and Arabic; if the two diverge, the English text prevails.
