We offer private units in Tubli from one month, with air conditioning, security monitoring and access to your belongings during opening hours.
From one month, then month to month
Our minimum rental is one month. You can keep the unit month to month after that, whether the gap between homes is three weeks or three months. If the handover is delayed, the rental continues.
Park at the door and use our trolleys
You or your mover can park directly outside and use our free trolleys to bring everything in. Any mover can unload with you, and there are no warehouse compounds or forklifts to navigate.
Kept at 25°C between homes
Our air conditioning runs day and night at 25°C, and sensors track temperature and humidity. Your sofas, mattresses, clothes and electronics stay in cool, dry conditions throughout the move.
Your own unit and padlock
Everything from the move stays together in one unit, locked with your own padlock, which you can bring or get from us. Monitored cameras and an alarm cover every corridor and unit door.
Access your belongings during opening hours
If you need the iron, school books or a file you’ve packed, you can collect them yourself. Visit Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 to 19:00. You don’t need to arrange a collection or pay an access fee.
Clean and pest-controlled
We clean the facility every day and carry out pest control to help keep your mattresses, sofas and clothes clean while they’re stored.

What size storage unit do you need for your move?
We offer small, medium and large units. Start with the number of rooms you’re moving, measure the largest pieces and leave an access path if you’ll need anything before moving into your new home.
SUnder 3 m²A bedroom or extra belongings
A small unit can hold a mattress and bed frame, boxes, suitcases and a few small pieces. It suits one bedroom’s contents, or belongings that won’t fit in the family home you’re staying in.
M3 to 10 m²A studio or one-bedroom flat
A medium unit can hold a bed, sofa, wardrobe, fridge, dining set and boxes, with space to stack items and use the unit’s height. It also suits clearing a few rooms ahead of the main move.
L10 m² and upA two- or three-bedroom home
A large unit can hold a family’s furniture, appliances and boxes, including sofas, wardrobes, a desk and the children’s bikes. Keep anything you’ll need first near the door.

What type of storage facility should I choose in Bahrain?
Choose Wadaya Self Storage if you need smaller spaces for personal belongings or small-business stock. Choose a traditional warehouse if you need more than 50 m², forklift access or space for industrial operations. Traditional warehouses in Bahrain usually start at 200 m² or more and often require annual or longer leases. That makes them better suited to industrial-scale needs and less practical for smaller loads, personal belongings or short-term storage. For food, chemicals or goods requiring special handling, choose a specialist warehouse equipped for those requirements.
When is storage useful during a move?

Bring your own padlock, or get one from us at the facility. Either way, you hold the only key.
Is anything not allowed?
Most household and business items are fine. Not allowed: flammable or toxic materials, weapons, drugs and medicine, food, money, plants and animals, and anything illegal to possess in Bahrain.
