Your unit is ready for your stock, with air conditioning and security included. We also take care of daily cleaning and pest control throughout the facility.
Kept at 25°C, cooling included
Our air conditioning runs day and night at 25°C, and sensors track temperature and humidity even when we’re closed. This helps protect cartons, labels and goods from heat and damp. You don’t need to install cooling or pay a separate power bill.
Only you hold the key
Your stock sits in a unit of its own, locked with your padlock. Monitored cameras and an alarm cover every corridor and unit door, and every recording is backed up.
Park at the door, six days a week
You can visit Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 to 19:00. Park at the entrance and use our trolleys free of charge to bring cartons to your unit.
Clean and pest-controlled
We clean the facility every day and provide pest control throughout to help protect your stock and packaging from dust and insects.
Room for stock and shelving
Our units range from 1.5 to 25 m². Most are 2.1 m high, and the large rooms are 2.3 to 2.4 m high. You can use the height for shelving and leave an aisle to reach your products.
Monthly, in your company’s name
Rent month to month, or choose six or twelve months at a time. There’s no agent’s commission. The agreement and invoices are issued to your business and kept in your customer portal.

A small unit has room for a run of shelving along the back wall, with cartons stacked beside it. It suits a home seller’s extra stock, spare parts or a contractor’s fittings.

A working stockroom
You can put shelving along three walls and leave an aisle down the middle, with space by the door for new deliveries. This size suits an online shop’s full range or a retailer’s seasonal stock.

A small warehouse
A large unit has room for rows of shelving with aisles between them, plus space by the door to check deliveries and pack orders. It suits an importer’s or trader’s stock, or tools and materials for several crews.

What type of storage facility should I choose in Bahrain?

What is a godown?
A godown is another name for a warehouse or storeroom, often used in Gulf and Indian English. Our small warehouse units are indoors, air-conditioned, individually locked and rented by the month.
How large are the units?
Our units go up to 25 m². Most are 2.1 m high, with room for shelving. The largest units can hold a full family home’s furniture or stock on shelves along three walls.

Can I run my business stock out of one?

Is there a loading dock or a forklift?
We don’t have a loading dock or forklift. You can park at the entrance and use our trolleys for stock brought in a van or car. For pallet deliveries by truck, a commercial warehouse is a better fit.
Do I need a yearly contract?
You can rent month to month and keep the unit for as long as you need it.
How do I rent a unit?

What are the access hours?
We're open Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 to 19:00, and closed Friday. For holiday changes, check our Google Maps listing.
Do I need my own lock?
Bring your own padlock, or get one from us at the facility. Either way, you hold the only key.
Is anything not allowed?
Most household and business items are fine. Not allowed: flammable or toxic materials, weapons, drugs and medicine, food, money, plants and animals, and anything illegal to possess in Bahrain.
