Wadaya offers small storage units when you need a few extra square metres for your home or business. Our units in Tubli start at 1.5 m² and are private, covered by AC and locked with your own padlock.
A small unit can serve as the storeroom your flat doesn’t have. Keep suitcases, seasonal belongings, spare boxes or a shop’s extra stock with us, and collect them whenever we’re open, with no appointment.
When a small storage unit helps
Our small storage units give you a separate place for belongings you want to keep but don’t have room for at home or work.
- Your flat has no storeroom, so suitcases and spare boxes sit on top of the wardrobes.
- Winter blankets, majlis cushions, Eid decorations and camping gear are used for a few weeks and stored for the rest of the year.

Kept at 25°C, day and night
Clothes, bedding, papers, photos and electronics can be damaged by Bahrain’s heat and humidity. Our air conditioning runs day and night at 25°C, and sensors track temperature and humidity even when the facility is closed.
Only you hold the key
Your unit is locked with your own padlock. Monitored cameras and an alarm cover every corridor and unit door, and every recording is backed up.
Come by as often as you like
Come by for a suitcase before a trip or the blankets in December. You can visit Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 to 19:00, park at the door and take what you need, with no appointment.
Use the full height
Our small units start at 1.5 m², about the size of a walk-in cupboard, and are 2.1 m high. Sturdy boxes of the same size stack neatly, helping you make the most of the space.
Rented online, month to month
Check the available small units, then sign and pay on your phone in a few minutes. Keep the unit month to month for as long as you need it, with the agreement and invoices in your customer portal.
Clean and pest-controlled
We clean the facility every day and provide pest control throughout to help protect your clothes, bedding and boxes.

Packing your unit
Our manager can show you how to stack boxes safely, with heavier boxes at the bottom and the things you need most near the door. Using boxes of the same size makes them easier to stack.
Moving in
Use our trolleys, free of charge, to wheel everything from your car to the unit.
Moving to a larger unit
If you need more room, we can help you switch to a larger unit when one is available. You’ll pay that unit’s rent from then on.
What fits in a small storage unit?
Our small units range from 1.5 m² to just under 3 m² and are all 2.1 m high. Medium and large units give you more room for furniture, appliances or business stock.
SUnder 3 m²From a few boxes to a bedroom
A unit from 1.5 m² can hold a rail of clothes, a suitcase, bedding and a few boxes. A unit near 3 m² can fit a double mattress and bed frame, a washing machine and a fridge, with boxes packed around them.
M3 to 10 m²When you need more room
A medium unit can hold the contents of a studio or one-bedroom flat, including the sofa and appliances, or a small shop’s stock on shelves.
L10 m² and upA whole home
A large unit can hold furniture from a home with two or more bedrooms during a move or renovation. It also works for business stock, with aisles to reach it.

Small storage unit questions
What type of storage facility should I choose in Bahrain?
Choose Wadaya Self Storage if you need smaller spaces for personal belongings or small-business stock. Whether you’re moving home, leaving Bahrain, storing student belongings between terms or making room for a growing business, you can rent month to month and stay for months or years. Bahrain’s heat and humidity put furniture, clothing, electronics and documents at risk of mold and moisture damage. Wadaya’s facility is designed for these everyday storage needs, with air conditioning running 24/7 at 25°C.
Choose a traditional warehouse if you need more than 50 m², forklift access or space for industrial operations. Traditional warehouses in Bahrain usually start at 200 m² or more and often require annual or longer leases. That makes them better suited to industrial-scale needs and less practical for smaller loads, personal belongings or short-term storage. For food, chemicals or goods requiring special handling, choose a specialist warehouse equipped for those requirements.
What is mini storage?

Can I move to a bigger unit later?

How often can I come and get things?
You can visit as often as you like during access hours, without telling us you’re coming. Park at the entrance and use our trolleys to collect what you need.
Is the rent really monthly?
Yes. Rent month to month and keep the unit for as long as you need it.
Can I store suitcases and luggage by the month?
Yes. People often rent our smallest units for bags between trips, boxes between homes or belongings they’re leaving behind during a long stay abroad. We’re a short drive from the airport, and your things stay in an air-conditioned unit locked with your own padlock.
Do you rent storage containers?
We don’t rent containers. We offer indoor, air-conditioned storage units that stay cool and dry, with security cameras monitoring the building and parking at the entrance for unloading.
Where do I get boxes for packing?
You can buy packing boxes from movers or hypermarkets. Choose sturdy boxes of the same size so they’re easier to stack, label each one and put the heaviest at the bottom. This helps you use the height of a small unit. The furniture storage page explains how to wrap fragile items.
How do I rent a unit?
Browse sizes and prices on the site. Book and pay online in minutes. You can also visit us in Tubli, and the facility manager will help you choose.
What are the access hours?
We're open Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 to 19:00, and closed Friday. For holiday changes, check our Google Maps listing.
Do I need my own lock?
Bring your own padlock, or get one from us at the facility. Either way, you hold the only key.
Is anything not allowed?
Most household and business items are fine. Not allowed: flammable or toxic materials, weapons, drugs and medicine, food, money, plants and animals, and anything illegal to possess in Bahrain.
