Think about what actually goes in a small unit: papers, photos, clothes, a laptop in its box, suitcases. Those are the first things Bahrain's damp ruins. Cardboard goes soft, paper spots, and mold finds the rest. We run air conditioning and dehumidifiers 24/7, with sensors watching the temperature and humidity. The box you open in a year is the box you packed.

A locker is watched like a warehouse
Nothing about the smallest unit is a cheaper version of the bigger ones. Same Ubiquiti cameras on the corridor, same alarm, same door, same single key — and you're the only one who holds it. The unit is smaller. The security isn't.

Renting takes less time than packing
You can see what's available right now, pick a size, sign, and pay. It all happens on your phone, in about five minutes. Nobody makes you book a viewing to rent a locker. If you'd rather ask first, call or email and a real person answers. You can also come to Tubli, where the facility manager will show you the sizes.

You'll be back more than you think
Small units are the ones people actually visit. You come for the one box, the bike, the case you need for a trip. So park right out front, use our trolleys, take what you came for, and go. No compound to get lost in, no forklifts, nobody signing you in at a gate.

You pay for the metres you take
This is the part that matters when you're storing a little. Every size has its price on the site, in dinars. Guess the size wrong and it costs you a month, not a year: move up or down whenever you like. Stay, and your rate is frozen for two years.

We're in Tubli
We're 11 minutes south of Manama, on Road 128. Easy to reach from Isa Town, Sitra, Riffa, and Muharraq too.
Just another word for a small storage unit you rent by the month. Mini storage, a storage locker, a small storeroom — they all mean a few square metres of your own locked, air-conditioned space. If you need room for business stock rather than household things, look at small warehouse for rent instead.
How small can I go?
1.5 square metres. That's about the footprint of a wardrobe. It holds a good stack of boxes, a few suitcases, or the seasonal things crowding your flat. Sizes and prices are in the list above.
How do I know which size I need?
1.5 m² takes boxes and suitcases. Two to three metres takes a studio's overflow or a small shop's stock. The size guide walks through what fits in each one — and if you guess wrong, you're only committed for a month.
Can I move to a bigger unit later?
Yes, any month. . We'll move you to a bigger unit if one is available. From then on you pay that unit's published rent. Nothing to renegotiate.
How often can I come and get things?
As often as you like during access hours, and you don't need to tell us you're coming. Park right out front, use our trolleys, take what you need.
Is the rent really monthly?
Yes. Month to month, leave whenever you need to, and your rate stays frozen for two years.
Can I store suitcases and luggage by the month?
That's one of the most common reasons people take the smallest units. Bags between trips, boxes between homes, or everything you're leaving behind for a long stay abroad. We're a short drive from the airport. Your things sit in a locked air-conditioned unit that only your key opens. You pay one monthly price, nothing per bag.
Do you rent storage containers?
No, and you probably don't want one. What people usually mean is secure space. An indoor unit does that job better than a steel box in a yard. The unit stays cool and dry instead of baking in the sun. The building has cameras. You park right out front instead of arranging haulage.
Where do I get boxes for packing?
Any mover or hypermarket sells them. Buy one size, and buy sturdy ones. Matching boxes stack to the ceiling without crushing. That is how you get the most out of a small unit. Label each one, heaviest at the bottom. The furniture storage page covers wrapping anything fragile.
How do I rent a unit?

What are the access hours?
We're open Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 to 19:00, and closed Friday. For holiday changes, check our Google Maps listing.
Do I need my own lock?
Bring your own padlock, or get one from us at the facility. Either way, you hold the only key.
Is anything not allowed?
Most household and business items are fine. Not allowed: flammable or toxic materials, weapons, drugs and medicine, food, money, plants and animals, and anything illegal to possess in Bahrain.
